I had the pleasure of mentoring a great variety of young talent and had a little bit of contribution to their development.
I share personal anecdotes from my career and prevent my mentees from making the mistakes I made. I also challenge their work and career choices but will always fully support their decisions.
Courses can be insightful and give you new ideas but having certificates doesn’t directly make you competent. I believe that you learn a lot more from making mistakes, sharing experiences with peers and diving deep into topics by reading books and doing additional research.
Listing certificates nevertheless gives an indication of the developmental direction someone chooses. That’s why I add the main certificates that I’ve completed over the last few years.
